Mental Health Supplement

The mental health supplements are part of my project Neither Romantic nor Inevitable. The project has been comissioned as a mail art project for two conferences this year.
In it's 3rd iteration, it is now available to order here either for yourself or as a present.

I have asked artists and creatives to send me text, poetry, words, ideas, strategies for coping and carrying on when times are difficult. What do we do to support our mental health and personal wellbeing?

I responded to these ideas by producing a series of texts and small art pieces in the form of a health supplement, available to read when needed.

You will receive one capsule and an instructions leaflet in a small padded envelope. You can enter your own address or the address you'd like me to send the art piece to.
